Conferences - A New Frontier

"Grades are a means, not an end." The catch phrase for my evening. Every discussion that did discuss grades (and there were many that didn't discuss grades at all) followed that discussion. I've tried this over the past few years, but it hadn't gone over as well as it seemed this time. Maybe it was the letter I sent home explaining my philosophy. But I've done that befroe, too. Maybe we are changing some culture.
